A Captain
& a Staff
Sergeant
A Captain with an idea that actually made sense for once (just kidding sir), and a Staff Sergeant crazy enough to go with it. Started out of the Tennessee Army National Guard at a Warfighter with nothing better to do but PowerPoint, MREs, and questionable life choices. Two formations later it's a company.
Who's on the roster
The Captain
Runs design direction, weekly drop concepts, and the parts of the business that require commissioned-officer levels of optimism. Briefs the board of directors. No change, sir, line of operations remains on glide path. Pending any questions, I'll be followed by the SSG.
The Staff Sergeant
Roger, sir. Tracking. To translate the Captain's brief into English: the print shop didn't return our calls, the shipping rate is now "morale-dependent," and yes the BC's wife wants her order before Friday. Runs production, vendor wrangling, fulfillment, and intercepting every problem before it crosses the Captain's desk. If a tee shows up at your door, it's because the SSG made it happen, and the Captain takes the photo.
